| This review is very personal. I was born and brought up in the vecinity of Tehidy Holiday Park. My siblings and I left Cornwall to study and ended up living far from the area. In my case, I’ve lived in Northern Spain for decades. But while our parents were here we came back regularly but since their passing away we have not returned. Staying at THP was like being home again. The caravan we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessary facilities. We had a warm welcome and our doubts or possible problems were well taken care of. The park is well situated to visit a wide variety of destinations, not only beaches (Sennen Cove, Perranporth, Watergate Bay etc.) but also major towns such as Truro, Falmouth and Penzance. We were able to visit those places which held a special memory for me. Congratulations to Richard and his family/team. |
